The table is made from solid Mango wood and has heavy aprons. It is 36″ wide x 54″ long without the leaf. When using the butterfly self storing leaf it becomes 54″w x 54″ long. The legs are heavy and slightly tapered. The corners are filed down in case you bump into the table. The finish really lets the grain of the wood come thru to know this is solid wood.
